A parking surface repair product and service facing severe margin compression and operational inefficiencies that threatened long-term viability. In fact, had defaulted to the senior lender.
THE MOVE
Pooled capital to acquire from the lender out of default. Pivoted focus to comprehensive commercial lot surface renewal and repair. Early pioneer providing proposals supported with digital imaging. Acquired tier-1 accounts such as national REITs, Bank of America, and served as the Preferred Service Provider for Walmart for 14 years throughout the Carolinas.
AFTER
